Under the guidance of his grad-school advisor, Craig Dodson spent three months devising his original indoor cycling syllabus (2006): An organized series of progression over five months for both new and experienced cyclists. The bedrock of Craig’s syllabus is motor-pathway reconstruction/development.
Now taught by physiology and conditioning expert, and professional cyclo-cross racer, Julie Hunter, the first two months focus on proprioceptive function, muscle firing/coordination, and muscle recruitment, which lay the kinetic-foundation for neural, local, and systemic development as intensity is layered over months 3, 4, and 5.
Each week Julie goes back to the drawing board to ensure that the syllabus continues to produce adaptive responses for all class members over the 5 month progression.
Schedule: One hour classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am and 6pm
